About The Author

John Joyner is Senior Director, Technology at AccountabilIT (AIT), a customer-driven IT company that provides 24×7 Network and Security Operations Center (MSP & MSSP) services.

He is the co-author of five books on systems management and cloud computing. He is an 18-year recipient of the Microsoft MVP award (2007-2026).

In his first career as a U.S. Navy computer scientist, Lt. Cmdr. Joyner worked for NATO in Europe and aboard an aircraft carrier in the Pacific.
